General Terms & Conditions – 360 Camera

Below you will find the most important terms and conditions for renting our 360° camera.
Rental Conditions & Rules

Equipment Care
We expect you to handle the 360° camera and all accompanying equipment with care. Make sure everything remains neat and in good condition during the rental period.
Guest Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the behavior of all guests using the booth. This means you must ensure that everyone follows the rules and that no disturbance is caused.
Maximum Capacity
A maximum of 4 people may stand on the 360 booth at the same time. This ensures enough space so the camera can operate optimally for the best 360° recordings.
Payment & Deposit
The full rental amount (including deposit) and the security deposit must be paid before the rental period begins.
Deposit Requirements
- When reserving the 360 booth, a 20% deposit is required.
- The remaining 80% and the deposit can be paid in cash or via bank transfer before the rental date.
- This payment must be received in full before the rental begins.
Deposit Policy
- The deposit depends on the item, with a minimum of €70.
- Any damage, loss, or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.
- The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the rental period, provided all items are returned in good condition.
Cancellation
- If cancelled more than 14 days before the rental date, the deposit will be refunded.
- If cancelled within 14 days, the deposit will be withheld and it will not be possible to reclaim it.
